ELABORATOR is a mobility observatory developed by Urban Radar to centralise, visualise, and analyse data from multiple sources. The platform supports the evaluation of urban planning and decision-making through a consolidated vision of travel.

COMPLETED MISSIONS

As part of the ELABORATOR project, Urban Radar is designing and developing a mobility observatory based on data from trials conducted in the Issy-les-Moulineaux area. This platform aims to transform complex data into analysis and decision-making tools for local authorities.

Aggregate and visualise data

Centralisation of data from various sources to provide a clear overview of car, cycle, and logistics mobility.

Analysing mobility dynamics

Identification of factors influencing travel and understanding of the phenomena observed at different scales of the territory.

Supporting decision-making

Development of planning support tools to assist public stakeholders in their development choices.

Implementation of indicators to compare the situations before and after intervention and to measure the impact of the measures deployed.
